Bucs to interview Titans QB coach Johnson
The Bucs have received permission to interview Titans quarterbacks coach Craig Johnson for their offensive coordinator position, the Tennessean reported.
Johnson, 48, has spent the past nine seasons with the Titans, the last seven as quarterbacks coach.
Johnson has experience in developing a young quarterback in Vince Young, who has struggled both on and off the field before losing his job to veteran Kerry Collins.
The Bucs also would like to interview Kansas City offensive coordinator Chan Gailey, but they have not been granted permission by the Chiefs.
