Conflicting info about the Rams and Morris
Raheem Morris is a hot coaching candidate, no doubt about that.
That's why the Bucs made the 32-year-old Morris their defensive coordinator. It's also why the Denver Broncos interviewed Morris for their head coaching job Monday.
But a report on NFL.com that the Rams had asked and been granted permission to interview Morris for their head coaching job is, at best, premature.
Morris says he's still unaware if such a request has been made by the Rams. He's back in Tampa, working feverishly on filling positions on his defensive staff, starting with a linebackers coach.
Gus Bradley, who does not have a contract for next season, is in Seattle today interviewing for a position with the Seahawks, who are believed to be considering hiring him as defensive coordinator.
