BC's Logan to join Bucs staff

The Bucs have hired Boston College offensive coordinator Steve Logan.

The team hasn't decided whether Logan will coach tight ends or running backs, but he will be reunited with former BC coach Jeff Jagodzinski, who was hired as the Bucs' offensive coordinator last week.

Special teams coordinator Rich Bisaccia also coached running backs last season. In his first season as the Eagles' offensive coordinator, Logan tailored his attack to quarterback Matt Ryan, who set school records for touchdowns (31), completions (388) and yards (4,507).

Logan had plenty of success as the head coach at East Carolina from 1992-2002. He had been hosting a radio show in Raliegh, N.C., when Jagodzinski convinced him to join the Eagles two years ago.
