Bucs re-sign Phillips, Stevens, Hankton

The Bucs have re-signed SS Jermaine Phillips, TE Jerramy Stevens and WR Cortez Hankton.
Phillips' deal, in particular, is a critical move, as he has been a longtime starter.
Stevens adds depth at his position while giving coaches options in the passing game. It's expected he'll be paired, at times, with new acquisition Kellen Winslow.
