Winslow's father-in-law has been found
UPDATE: Mr. Guzman was found safe this morning and has been reunited with his family.
TE Kellen Winslow and his wife are at the center of a very difficult situation this morning. Police in Southern California say they are searching for Winslow's missing father-in-law. We don't have a lot of details, but here's the report from the Associated Press:
ANAHEIM, Calif. (AP) -- Tampa Bay Buccaneers tight end Kellen Winslow's father-in-law has gone missing after visiting a friend at a gas station, police said Friday.
Enrique Guzman, 67, suffers from Alzheimer's and was last seen Wednesday morning in his blue Chevy Camaro, police and Winslow said.
"We are very worried for him and our concerns grow as the hours add up,'' Winslow said. He asked anyone who sees his father-in-law to contact Anaheim police.
Winslow, a Pro Bowler in 2007, was a first-round draft pick out of Miami in 2004 by the Cleveland Browns. He was traded to Tampa Bay after last season.
