Clifton Smith 'up and moving around a little bit'
Tampa Bay Buccaneers head coach Raheem Morris didn't have much more information on Clifton Smith's injury today other than to say that he spoke to the trainer, who told him Smith was "up and moving around a little bit.''
Morris said he'll have to check on Smith and will have an update tomorrow.
Smith sustained a concussion and could barely talk after Carolina's Dante Wesley launched himself at Smith, hitting him in the throat with his forearm, before Smith had a chance to field a punt late in the second quarter of Sunday's loss.
Wesley was called for interference and a personal foul and was ejected from the game.
