Dungy says he's had no contact with Bucs on potential role
Former Colts coach Tony Dungy said there is no basis for speculation that he has been approached about a potential role with the Bucs.
Fox reporter Chris Myers suggested on his radio show that Dungy might be considered for a position.
Dungy denied that report Tuesday.
"No truth at all,'' Dungy said in a text to the Times. "I've not had any contact with them other than (trainer) Todd Toriscelli helping Eric with an injury.''
Dungy's son, Eric, is a senior wide receiver/defensive back at Plant High School.
