Raheem Morris: "Defining roles will come out in last two weeks"

Tampa Bay Buccaneers coach Raheem Morris isn't one to talk about his own job security; he said simply that NFL coaches don't have any.

But Morris acknowledged that there are "always guys on the bubble, always coaches that are on the bubble," and actions will speak louder than words in the last two weeks of the season, as the Bucs are 2-12.

"How you respond to being on the bubble is what defines you as a man, and what defines you as a coach, what defines you as a player," Morris said. "And those defining roles will come out in these last two weeks. You always hear the theme of SportsCenter right now, the teams that 'are not playing for anything.' What are they playing for? This is what were doing: we’re playing for us, it's about us, everything else is grey matter."

That being said, Morris said the decisions being made are on how to beat their next opponent, the Saints, and not anything else.

"There will be no decisions made based on saving Raheem Morris, saving Mark Dominik, or saving any player," Morris said. "The decisions are made in what's your best opportunity, and your best decision you can make to go out and beat the New Orleans Saints. Period."
