Bucs defensive tackle Gerald McCoy will be honored at Pop Warner's annual "All-American Scholars Banquet" in Orlando with the national sports organization's "Inspiration to Youth" award.

McCoy, who has been to six straight Pro Bowls, is the first-ever two-time winner of the award, having also been honored in 2012. The banquet, to be held May 26 at Disney's Yacht and Beach Club Resort, will recognize about 800 of the 325,000 participants in Pop Warner's football, cheer and dance programs.

The Houston Texans, who helped their community in the aftermath of Hurricane Harvey last fall, will also be recognized as the organization's "NFL Team of the Year." Jaguars fullback Tommy Bohanan will be presented with the group's Humanitarian Award, and U.S. Olympic figure skater Mirai Nagau will get the Female Achievement Award.

McCoy, 30 and entering his ninth NFL season, needs just 1.5 sacks to become the fourth Bucs player to reach 50 career sacks with the team, joining Lee Roy Selmon, Warren Sapp and Simeon Rice.
