Bucs add LB Darius Eubanks to practice squad
The Bucs have filled the opening in their practice squad, signing linebacker Darius Eubanks, who had 12 tackles for the Browns in 2013.
Eubanks, 24, played at Georgia Southern and is listed at 6-foot-2, 216 pounds. He spent eight weeks on the Cowboys' practice squad this season, and was on injured reserve in 2014 with a shoulder injury. He played as a rookie with the Browns in 2013, getting 12 total tackles, including six in one game. He spent the summer and preseason in 2013 with the Vikings, so Bucs defensive coordinator Leslie Frazier would know him well from that time.
The Bucs waived linebacker Orie Lemon -- who started at strongside linebacker Thursday -- on Friday after the loss to the Rams, with rookie Josh Keyes playing strongside as well. Keyes and Adarius Glanton have stepped in as special-teams contributors after joining the team in the past month.
