Bucs again No. 1 in NFL in customer service rankings
The Bucs have finished No. 1 in the NFL in customer service for the fourth time in five years, according to a league-wide "Voice of the Fan" audit conducted by the league.
"We are thrilled and very proud to have earned the distinction as the top-rated customer service experience for season pass members in the NFL for the fourth time in the last five seasons," said Brian Ford, the Bucs' chief operating officer, in a statement. "Providing a best-in-class experience for our fans has always been a top priority for the Glazer family and our organization. This type of consistent recognition by the league simply reinforces our commitment to providing our fans with an unmatched game day experience."
The Bucs also were ranked first in customer service for the 2012, 2013 and 2015 seasons. The league rankings are calculated through independent site visits and polling of fans throughout the season. This past season saw major renovations to Raymond James Stadium, including significant upgrades to the stadium's video boards and sound system.
