Bucs' Evans, McCoy, David named 2nd-team All-Pros
No Bucs players were named to the Associated Press All-Pro first team, but three -- WR Mike Evans, DT Gerald McCoy and LB Lavonte David -- were voted to second-team honors as the team was unveiled Friday.
Evans, who will be going to the Pro Bowl for the first time this month, tied for second in the NFL with 12 touchdown catches and ranked fourth in receiving yards with 1,321 yards, finishing sixth in the league with 96 catches.
McCoy led the Bucs with seven sacks, which ranked fifth among NFL defensive tackles. David tied for the NFL lead in tackles for loss with 17, while adding five sacks and four forced fumbles.
Last year, the Bucs had only one player named to either the first or second team, with RB Doug Martin getting a first-team nod after finishing second in the NFL in rushing.
