Bucs get to face Seahawks defense missing three starters
The Bucs again get a break on the injury front, as they'll face Seattle today without three key Seahawks on defense -- Pro Bowl safety Earl Thomas, starting cornerback DeShawn Shead and former Bucs defensive end Michael Bennett, who are all inactive with injuries.
The Seahawks are also without rookie RB C.J. Prosise, though center Justin Britt is active and can play despite an ankle injury that kept him from practicing all week.
The Bucs are relatively healthy by comparison -- RB Jacquizz Rodgers (foot) and OL Evan Smith (knee) remain inactive with injuries, but the rest are all healthy scratches: OLs Leonard Wester and Josh Allen, DLs John Hughes and DaVonte Lambert and third QB Ryan Griffin. That means former FSU walk-on Javien Elliott can make his NFL debut, and defensive tackle Sealver Siliga can make his Bucs debut against the team that cut him earlier this month.
