Chris Conte inactive for Bears game, Dotson starting
The Bucs will play the Bears today without safety Chris Conte, who will miss his first game of the season, inactive with a knee injury suffered in last week's loss to the Rams.
Keith Tandy will start in Conte's place -- the rest of the Bucs' inactives are largely expected, with WR Vincent Jackson (knee) and DE Kourtnei Brown (groin) out with injury and four healthy scratches: TE Brandon Myers, RB Mike James, WR Evan Spencer and QB Ryan Griffin.
The Bucs are also making a change again at right tackle, with Demar Dotson active and starting in place of Gosder Cherilus, who is not starting but still active as a backup lineman. The Bucs get defensive end George Johnson back after missing five games with a calf injury.
The Bears will be without top receiver Alshon Jeffery, who is inactive with a hamstring injury, which is welcome news for the Bucs secondary.
