Bucs linebacker Quincy Black was fined $7,500 for his fourth quarter horse collar tackle on Falcons running back Michael Turner Sunday.

Black was penalized 15-yards on the play, which aided the Falcons on their game-winning drive Sunday. Facing second-and-8 from the Tampa Bay 31-yard line, Turner was stopped for no gain. But Black's penalty gave the Falcons a first down at the Tampa Bay 16-yard line. Three plays later, the Falcons were in the end zone.
