Bucs add Malecki and Overbay to practice squad
It took awhile, but tight end Ryan Purvis and offensive lineman Derek Hardman recently earned promotions from the Bucs' practice squad to the 53-man roster.
On Tuesday, the Bucs filled those practice squad spots with tight end Nathan Overbay and center/guard John Malecki. Both were undrafted free agents. Malecki spent time with the Tennessee Titans and Overbay with the Denver Broncos.
