Bucs CB Aqib Talib missing from practice

UPDATE, 3:42 p.m.: Coach Raheem Morris says Aqib Talib was limited in today's practice, meaning he was physically able to do some things. Morris wasn't any more specific.

12:58 p.m.: Aqib Talib's hamstring injury presumably is keeping him out of today's practice.

Talib was injured late in Sunday's game and did not return. He said he was incapable or running and missed the Atlanta's final, decisive drive. His injury, if significant, would be a major blow to the secondary. Backup CB Torrie Cox was placed on injured reserve on Monday. Elbert Mack is coming off a severe ankle sprain that has slowed him several weeks. On Monday, the Bucs promoted CB Brandon Anderson from the practice squad.

We'll update you on the status of Talib after today's practice.
