Bucs injury update: Ruud, Talib iffy for Dolphins game
Among the players who missed practice today were linebacker Barrett Ruud (groin), cornerback Aqib Talib (groin), defensive tackle Brian Price (hamstring) and cornerback Myron Lewis (hamstring).
Coach Raheem Morris said Ruud and Talib are both day to day and will be given some rest to heal completely. They might be unavailable to play in Saturday's preseason opener.
Lewis is expected to be held out of Saturday night's game at Miami as he has not practiced on a regular basis.
"He's missed a lot of time," Morris said. "He's been here but he hasn't practiced. There's a little more concern there than I would be about Price. But he's day to day, so hopefully we can get him out there."
Price hasn't been ruled out for Sunday and probably has a chance to play if he gets back to practice during the next couple of days.
