Bucs lower blackout threshold to 85 percent
The Tampa Bay Buccaneers have announced that they will lower the blackout threshold to 85 percent of tickets sold in order to lift local TV blackouts.
The NFL left it up to teams to determine their own minimums, but 85 percent was the lowest possible number.
