NFL Network reporter Jason LaCanfora is reporting, via Twitter, that the Bucs have agreed to the parameters of a long-term deal contract extension that would end his holdout.

LaCanfora adds that Penn and his agent, Rocky Arceneaux, are en route to Tampa to sign the deal. This move, if it transpires as reported, will avoid what was quickly going to become an ugly situation with the most critical member of the offensive line holding out 3,000 miles away in California.
