FB Graham, WR Williams, DE Moore miss practice

Three key players missed practice Thursday: fullback Earnest Graham, receiver Mike Williams and defensive end Kyle Moore.

Each player is day-to-day, but coach Raheem Morris made it clear he at least expects Graham and Williams to play Sunday against the Saints. Graham has a hamstring strain, Williams injured his foot last week at Cincinnati and Moore aggravated a shoulder injury.

"He should be okay. We're just protecting him a little bit and holding him back,'' Morris said of Graham. "Just sore, man. You know, older legs Earnest likes to walk around a pretend that he's 22 but he's not. He's just a little sore. I think he's day-to-day and I think he'll be fine. We look forward to seeing him this weekend.''

Moore orginally suffered the shoulder injury in the preseason and appears to be the most serious.

"We'll get a chance to get a better evaluation tomorrow,'' Morris said. "It bothered him early in the preseason. It got to him a little bit. He banged it up a little against Pittsburgh.''

Center Jeff Faine quad) is out. CB Sean Jones (back) and linebacker Niko Koutouvides (ankle) had full participation. Cornerback Elbert Mack (foot) did not practice. Defensive ends Tim Crowder and Michael Bennett have been working in Moore's spot.
