Glazer says Bucs told league they're done playing in London

Perhaps one good byproduct of the Bucs 4-12 season is that the team has decided against playing games in London.

Co-chairman Joel Glazer said the Bucs have informed the league office that they have no interest in playing in England as they have done in the regular season twice in the past four years.

The Bucs were 4-2 and had wins over Atlanta and New Orleans before playing a regular-season game against the Chicago Bears Oct. 23, which they lost 24-18.

"As you know, we played this year but we spoke to the league recently and informed them that we wouldn't want to be participating in the foreseeable future. I think we were helping the NFL build internationally. We believe greatly in that. But for the foreseeable future, that is something we told them, that we want to focus on building our base here.

"The team had a good experience there. Unfortunately, it was a loss. But it was more a direction of the team and things we want to do here in Tampa.''
