Indications are Mike Sullivan will stay with Bucs

If you're worried about Bucs first-year offensive coordinator Mike Sullivan bolting for Boston College, you probably shouldn't obsess over it.

Sullivan, who was linked to the vacant BC head-coaching job in a report by ESPN insider Adam Schefter on Sunday, is not named among the reported finalists in the latest ESPN story (Saints assistant and one-time Bucs assistant Aaron Kromer is).

Furthermore, information from One Buc Place this week indicates Sullivan is not pursuing the job, which was suggested in the original report. It's not clear what, if any, the school's level of interest in Sullivan was or is.

Sullivan has guided the Bucs offense to an offensive revival. Under Sullivan, the Bucs have a 3,000-yard passer in Josh Freeman, a 1,000-yard rusher in Doug Martin and 1,000-yard receiver in Vincent Jackson.

Tampa Bay ranks fourth in scoring with 27.8 points per game.
