Injury progress for Faine, Trueblood

The Bucs' offensive line could be back to its original cast by this Sunday.

With center Jeff Faine (quad) and right tackle Jeremy Trueblood (knee) returning to practice without limitations today, the two linemen are a step closer to returning. That would return the offensive line to its 2009 lineup of Trueblood, Faine, Davin Joseph, Jeremy Zuttah and Donald Penn. If Faine returns, Zuttah is expected to move back to left guard after filling in for Faine during the past four games. That would send backup Ted Larsen, who has started at left guard the past three weeks, back to the bench.

Elsewhere, the Bucs were without defensive end Kyle Moore (shoulder) and defensive tackle Ryan Sims (knee). Linebacker Quincy Black (ankle) was limited, as was receiver Sammie Stroughter (foot).

Tight end Kellen Winslow (knee) also missed practice, but that has become standard for Wednesdays.
