Mike and Mike: Bucs, Seahawks have WRs with nice games, same names

Sunday's game features a rare occasion when two players on opposing teams will meet who play the same position and have the same name.

Mike Williams, Tampa Bay rookie receiver meets Mike Williams, Seahawks receiver staging a stellar comeback campaign after two years away from football.

Asked this week who was the real Mike Williams, Seattle’s Williams joked, "I think he’s pretty real," speaking of the Bucs' Williams.

Tampa Bay's Williams joked, "My mom said it the best: There's only one Mike Williams. But, no, he's a good player too. He's got a good name. I take stuff from all receivers. I take some stuff from his game, too."

Seattle’s Williams said there’s room enough for both of them in the league.

"Everyone knows the first coming," he said. "Maybe he's the remix. Obviously some people like the original version, some people like the remix. I wish the young fellow a lot of luck. Maybe not this weekend but for the rest of his career."
