Morris: Talib's best game I've seen him play

Bucs cornerback Aqib Talib has had his share of bad days both on and off the field this season.

Sunday wasn't one of them.

Head coach Raheem Morris said the Bucs' 35-26 loss to the Green Bay Packers "might be Talib's best game I've seen him play.''

Matched up man-to-man with Greg Jennings ("one of the best wideouts in the National Football League, in my opinion,'' Morris said) for most of the game, Talib played physical and did not take any penalties. He limited Jennings to two catches for six yards.

Talib was so dominant, in fact, Morris said he second-guessed himself on the flight home, wondering if he should have put Talib on Jordy Nelson, who caught nine balls for 132 yards.

"But then Jennings would have killed us,'' Morris said.
