The 27 carries against the Panthers Sunday may have taken its toll on Cadillac Williams.

The Bucs running back was limited in practice Wednesday with a hamtring injury. Center Jeff Faine has a calf injury and did not practice along with linebacker Niko Koutouvides (ankle).

Quarterback Josh Freeman (thumb), RB Kareem Huggins (groin) and TE Kellen Winslow (knee) had full participation.

Williams carried 27 times for 51 yards in the Bucs' 20-7 win at Carolina Sunday.
