Report: Packers offensive coordinator Joe Philbin agrees to become Dolphins head coach

Check one head coaching candidate off the Bucs list.

Green Bay Packers offensive coordinator Joe Philbin has agreed to become the Miami Dolphins' head coach, according to ESPN's Adam Schefter.

Philbin interviewed for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers' head coaching job on Thursday in Dallas.

The Bucs also interviewed Packers quarterbacks coach Tom Clements Thursday. Two other candidates in Tampa Bay -- Titans defensive coordinator Jerry Gray and former Vikings coach Brad Childress are on the Colts radar. Gray interviewed for the Colts head coaching job Friday, according to reports in Nashville.

Philbin was selected by Dolphins owner Strphen Ross from a list of finalists that included interim coach Todd Bowles and Broncos offensive coordinator Mike McCoy.
