Saints' Jenkins fined for Freeman hit
New Orleans Saints cornerback Malcolm Jenkins was fined $10,000 by the NFL for hitting Bucs quarterback Josh Freeman out of bounds last weekend.
Jenkins hit Freeman in the knee during the fourth quarter of the Bucs' 31-6 loss, then threw a punch at Freeman after the two exchanged words. Jenkins was flagged for unnecessary roughness on the play.
