Starting tackle Jeremy Trueblood out for Bucs

EAST RUTHERFORD, N.J. -- The Bucs  are warming up for today's game against the Giants at MetLife Stadium here, and it's been decided that right tackle Jeremy Trueblood won't play because of his ankle inury.

That means Demar Dotson steps into the starting lineup, where he'll be greeted, at times, but dominant rushing end Jason Pierre-Paul.

Another interesting decision: Backup running back Michael Smith is inactive today, meaning the Bucs will have to employ someone else to return kickoffs. The addition of D.J. Ware just before the season meant the Bucs had to make a weekly decision about activating four running backs. That's tough to do.

Cornerback Myron Lewis is active today after sitting last week. Injured cornerbacks Anthony Gaitor and E.J. Biggers are still out.

One last note: Injured cornerback Prince Amukamara (ankle) is out for the Giants.

Kickoff is 40 minutes away. Stay tuned for our live chat.
