Talib's trial moved to April 16
Bucs cornerback Aqib Talib will have his day in court -- just later than expected.
Talib's trial on charges of assault with a deadly weapon in Dallas County has been moved from March 26 to April 16, according to attorney Frank Perez.
The reason for the delay is because the prosecutor's wife is scheduled to deliver a baby next week, Perez said.
The trial is expected to last 3-4 days, according to Perez. Despite the delay, Talib will have resolution to his case before the NFL draft begins April 26.
