Update 1:18 p.m. Bucs coach Raheem Morris said Barber isn't hurt or anything, the veteran was just given a breather, with Morris jokingly comparing Barber to an old Mercedes that went to get an "oil change."

Tampa Bay Buccaneers veteran corner Ronde Barber has been sitting out of at least the second half of practice, his pads off, watching from the sidelines.

Barber had been in uniform to start the workout, but wasn't participating in some of the one-on-one drills miway through, and has been signing autographs for a bit now.

Doesn't appear to be favoring anything, so could be just getting a breather, but we'll update you after practice.
