Teams arrive to bid farewell to Adams
The Bucs' and Bears' team buses arrived at Rock Springs Baptist Church in Easley, S.C. for funeral services for Gaines Adams.
Adams died Sunday after experiencing cardiac arrest because of an enlarged heart.
The teams are represented in large numbers, from the front office to the end of the roster. Adams was traded to the Bears in October but remained well liked in the Bucs' locker room. He spent most of his three-year career in Tampa, which drafted him fourth overall in 2007.
A huge turnout is expected as this grand church in the center of this small town, which isn't far from where Adams starred at Clemson.
Bucs defensive line coach Todd Wash and Bears head coach Lovie Smith are among the speakers. Former Clemson head coach Tommy Bowden will give the eulogy.
