Three key Carolina players who had been listed as questionable -- QB Cam Newton, TE Greg Olsen and RB Jonathan Stewart -- are all active and will play in today's season finale against the Bucs at Raymond James Stadium.

There were few surprises among the Bucs' inactives -- DE Will Gholston is out with an elbow injury, and the healthy scratches are DT John Hughes, DL Channing Ward, OT Leonard Wester, OG Caleb Benenoch, WR Bernard Reedy and QB Ryan Griffin. That means Gosder Cherilus is back as the backup right tackle and "jumbo" tight end in what could be his final NFL game; fullback Austin Johnson, promoted from the practice squad this week, will make his Bucs debut, likely on special teams.

Carolina is without two key defensive players in LB Luke Kuechly, who ends up missing the final six games of the season with concussion symptoms, and DE Charles Johnson, who considered signing with the Bucs in the offseason and finishes with four sacks in his 13 starts.
