7:10 p.m.: Lots of Bills penalties to help a 13-play Bucs drive that ran nearly eight minutes off the clock. Patrick Murray connects on a 27-yard field goal for a 27-14 lead with 4:49 left.
6:45 p.m.: The Bucs have pulled their No. 1 defense after halftime, and it's showing. Buffalo has touchdown drives of 85 and 60 yards, cutting what was a dominating 24-0 lead to 24-14 in the third quarter. With the starters in, this was an impressive game for the Bucs ...
5:55 p.m.: Strong, sustained drive by Bucs offense -- Josh McCown went 6-for-7 for 63 yards on the drive, converting two third downs to Vincent Jackson, then lobbing a ball to Mike Evans for a 26-yard touchdown and a 24-0 lead with 1:05 left in the half.
5:35 p.m.: Lovie Smith will be thrilled his defense forced three takeaways in the first half -- a sack by Adrian Clayborn saw Michael Johnson reach in and strip the ball from Bills QB E.J. Manuel, and DT Clinton McDonald scooped up the loose ball and returned it 17 yards for a touchdown and a 17-0 lead. After forcing one turnover in the first two games, the Bucs have three today.
