Seferian-Jenkins, Marpet again inactive for Bucs vs. Colts
The Bucs will have to wait another week to get two key starters back from injury, as tight end Austin Seferian-Jenkins and rookie guard Ali Marpet are again inactive for today's game at the Indianapolis Colts.
Seferian-Jenkins misses his ninth straight game with a lingering shoulder injury, while Marpet misses his third straight game with a sprained ankle. Evan Smith, who had been listed as probable with a knee injury, will start at right guard for the third game in place of Marpet.
As expected, DE George Johnson (calf) and S Keith Tandy (concussion) are inactive with injuries, with newly signed DE Kourtnei Brown, WR Donteea Dye and No. 3 QB Ryan Griffin as the other inactives.
The Colts, as expected, will play without QB Andrew Luck and LT Anthony Castonzo due to injuries. Right tackle Joe Reitz is expected to start at left tackle against the Bucs, and the Colts have rookie Denzelle Good active for the first time and potentially starting at right tackle.
