Dickson goes in WNBA's second round
Jessica Dickson, USF's all-time leading scorer, was passed over in the first round of Wednesday's WNBA Draft, but was taken in the second round (21st pick overall) by the Sacramento Monarchs.
Dickson was the first Big East player chosen, and she'll join a Monarchs roster that includes former Florida Atlantic star Yolanda Griffith and ESPN analyst Kara Lawson. More to come later ...
