Ford again: Second TD puts USF up 14-3
Mike Ford has four touches tonight, and two of them have been good for touchdowns. The freshman running back from Sarasota took a carry around the right side and sped up the sideline, diving to the pylon for a 21-yard touchdown that gave USF a slightly-more-comfy 14-3 lead on Elon early in the third quarter.
Ford, who caught a 1-yard touchdown pass from Matt Grothe in the second quarter, has made a quick impression in his first college game.
