QB, OG are latest commitments for Bulls

Spent most of the day at Disney, but still got to make some phone calls -- this one could have a MICKEY"S TOONTOWN dateline and I wouldn't be lying. Anyway, two more solid names to add to USF's recruiting class:

A key weekend for official campus visits has netted USF two more oral commitments, as Fort Pierce Westwood QB Isaac Virgin and South Broward OG Steven Jacques have pledged to sign with the Bulls next month.

Jacques, a 6-foot-4, 290-pound lineman who had committed to Auburn before its coaching change, is rated as a three-star recruit by both major recruiting sites. With four senior starters graduating, offensive line has been a priority for the Bulls in recruiting.

Virgin is a 6-foot-4, 230-pound recruit, is rated as a two-star prospect by both major recruiting sites. Other schools have projected him as a tight end or defensive end, but he'll come to USF as a quarterback.

Those two join Armwood defensive end Ryne Giddins, who committed Saturday, as the most recent additions to USF's incoming class.
