Another pick: CBSsports.com has Bulls 2nd

Another day, another voice heard on how the Big East will shake out in 2009. CBSsports.com's Dennis Dodd, unveiling his Big East picks, has USF finishing second behind Rutgers, with West Virginia way down in fifth place.

"The Bulls must learn to finish," Dodd writes. "They started 6-0 in '07 and 5-0 in '08.
If they are going to get off to a similar start this season they must
win at Florida State on Sept. 26."

I'll have my preseason Big East ballot up on Friday. Still lots to work out on that one ...
