Another USF cameo: Is that Mike Ford?
More pop-culture love for USF football, and for my readers, it's probably a bit more relevant than Tank McNamara. I'm not much of a video-game guy (we have a Wii at the house) but twice in the past day I've been told of Bulls fans overjoyed to see a computerized likeness of USF running back Mike Ford on the main page at Xbox Live, where EA Sports' NCAA Football 2010 is to be released on Tuesday.
One Bulls fan on Twitter.com posted a Twitpic screengrab that shows a USF running back wearing No. 26 -- that'd be Mike Ford -- running away from what appears to be a UCF defensive player.
There's a cool trailer for the new game -- there's a ton of teams that get pictured in the video, but I can't find USF or even any Big East schools in there.
