USF savors FSU win with I-275 billboard
Nine days later, USF is still enjoying what Jim Leavitt called "a very historical" win at Florida State -- the Bulls have put up a new billboard that acknowledges USF's inclusion among the state's elite football programs.
The billboard, which can be seen on northbound I-275, just before the I-4 interchange, has the words "BIG 3" with the 3 crossed out and replaced by a "4" -- with USF's logo in there with the Hurricanes, Seminoles and Gators, then the words "Welcome to the Club Bulls Fans!"
USF football's Twitter page linked to this pic of what the billboard looks like. USF obvious has something to celebrate with the FSU win, and they've taken full opportunity, selling commemorative DVDs and panoramic photos from the game. Thanks to the Times' Ernest Hooper for the heads-up on the billboard.
