Another preseason prediction has arrived, and again, the pundits like USF football to rebound considerably in 2012, as Athlon has picked the Bulls to finish in a tie for the Big East championship with Louisville.

The magazine has the Bulls and Cardinals sharing 5-2 league records, with Louisville getting the league's automatic BCS berth, but it's a major step up from the 1-6 USF finished in 2011 in Skip Holtz's second season.
