Holtz to host charity golf tournament Monday
USF football coach Skip Holtz is the featured celebrity host for this week's inaugural PARC Celebrity Pro-Am Golf Tournament, which will take place at Avila Golf and Country Club and benefits a nonprofit agency that supports children and adults with developmental disabilities.
Holtz leads a strong list of local sports celebrities scheduled to attend on Monday and Tuesday, including Lou Piniella, Fred McGriff, Vinny Testaverde, Tino Martinez, Daren Puppa and more. For information about the tournament and PARC, visit the organization's official site at www.parc-fl.org. PARC serves more than 700 children and adults in the greater Tampa Bay area.
