More news on racial, NCAA allegations against USF

We've updated our main story on today's allegations from a fired academic adviser against USF's athletic department of racial discrimination and covering up NCAA violations, following Myrtice Landers' news conference this morning in Palm Harbor.

Landers has addressed some issues raised this morning -- she said athletic director Doug Woolard told her when USF changed associate athletic directors for academics that her "slate was wiped clean," which she took to mean that a previous "final warning" from Woolard that any transgressions could cost her her job was no longer in place. She's not going into any detail about what other NCAA violations may have taken place at USF, but her attorney -- and Jim Leavitt's -- says they'll be talking to the NCAA.
