Shelton: USF falling into bottom-tier programs
The Times' Gary Shelton writes in Wednesday's paper about the way USF's football program has fallen into the bottom echelon of BCS programs in two and a half seasons under Skip Holtz. With four conference wins in that span, the Bulls are among the lowest in the six major conferences, but Holtz tells Shelton he's confident his team can turn things around.
