USF got its first surprise of signing day - and it's a big one.

According to several reports out of South Florida, Miami Booker T Washington High defensive tackle Elkino Watson has decided to sign with the Bulls, picking them over the likes of Miami and Florida.

Watson, at 6-foot-2, 275 pounds, is a four-star rivals.com recruit and the nations No. 23 rated defensive tackle. Of course, he'd fill a big need for the Bulls, and definitely gives their recruiting class a bit of a splash.
