USF baseball knocks off No. 2 Florida
USF baseball hadn't beaten Florida since 2005, but the Bulls got a 5-3 win over the No. 2 Gators in Gainesville on Tuesday night, and the Times' Antonya English was there, writing about two clutch home runs from USF senior catcher Drew Longley.
It's a big win for the Bulls (28-14), who play host to Villanova this weekend as they try to hold onto a share of first place in the Big East standings.
