USF in final two for Gators transfer WR Story

USF is among the final two choices -- with TCU -- for former Nature Coast receiver Ja'Juan Story, who is transferring after one season at Florida, according to his uncle, Nature Coast assistant Rudy Story.

Ja'Juan Story is in Fort Worth today after flying to TCU for a campus visit, his uncle said, and he will drive to Tampa on Saturday evening to meet with USF coach Skip Holtz after he and his team return home after wrapping up 11 days of training camp in Vero Beach.

Story redshirted in his only season at Florida, so after sitting out the 2012 season, he'll have three years of eligibility at his new school. The 6-foot-3 receiver was rated as a four-star recruit by Rivals and Scout coming out of high school in 2011. USF has had good luck with Florida transfers, having picked up receiver Chris Dunkley and tight end Mike McFarland last summer from the Gators -- both are now listed as top backups on USF's most recent depth chart.
