USF reportedly in final two for Orlando QB Sousa
Orlando's Lake Nona High dual-threat QB Kevin Sousa could be another key name in USF's recruiting class, and it appears the Bulls are getting pretty close consideration.
Sousa was down to Miami, USF and Wake Forest for his final three, and he made an unofficial visit to USF this weekend. According to Manny Navarro at the the Miami Herald, Sousa called Hurricanes coaches Saturday night to let them know they are out of the running.
That would leave Wake Forest and the Bulls, with signing day just three days away.
Sousa, a three-star rated recruit by Rivals and Scout, had committed to Michigan last June, but backed out and committed to Wake Forest in December. But he has definitely liked USF, and wanted to see what they had to offer this past weekend. We will see if Skip Holtz & Co. did enough to sway him in Tampa.
We'll keep you posted......
